These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed online at https://www.greenworld.co.za

By opening this website (“the site”) you, the visiting party or client have chosen to adhere to the terms and conditions listed below.

Currently, this service is available in South Africa only.

Delivery is not free and is based on a variable rate based on distance and location. The rate is automatically calculated in real time on the Green World SA website and displayed to you prior to confirming your order.

Payment for delivery must accompany the payment for goods, and goods will only be shipped once payment for the goods and delivery has been received and has cleared.

Green World SA makes use of a 3rd party courier service and has built up a relationship of trust and mutual beneficence with them. Green World SA, therefore, does not cater for special delivery requests with other parties and all deliveries are to be affected by our chosen delivery services.

Goods are usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order and only once payment has been received and has cleared. Green World SA will strive to meet these delivery times where possible but makes no guarantees. If it is expected that delivery will take longer than 48 hours due to, inter alias, an error or natural occurrence, you will be advised thereof telephonically or via email. Green World SA will in no way be liable for any costs, and expenses caused by damage any delay in the delivery of the goods.

Green World SA only delivers to personal residences and businesses, and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that someone is available to sign and take possession of the goods. Please note that Green World SA does NOT deliver to PO Boxes or post offices.

Failure to deliver does not count as grounds to cancel the order, and it is the responsibility of the client to be available when delivery occurs. All orders are accompanied by a tracking number for the clients’ convenience.

Green World SA reserves the right to charge an extra delivery fee if the client is unable to take possession of the goods at delivery and another delivery must be made.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the full order has been delivered and to notify Green World SA in writing within 24 hours of any missing products on the delivered order.

It is also the responsibility of the client to ensure that the order is correct before signing for the order. Green World SA does not accept returns on erroneous orders once the goods have been delivered and the client must ensure that the goods received are the exact goods as ordered.

Green World SA must be notified in writing within 48 hours of any deliveries that have not been made and Green World SA takes no liability due to goods lost in transit after this time.

The client is responsible for arranging shipping insurance beforehand and Green World SA takes no responsibility for costs, damages, and loss incurred due to delivery.

Green World SA will take all the steps deemed necessary to protect the privacy and integrity of its clients whilst making use of the site as per POPI Law.

Green World SA will under no circumstance share information obtained from clients with any 3rdparty whatsoever. Information will only be used for sales and marketing purposes and the client agrees thereto.

Clients are expected to use their own discretion in submitting valuable information and details over the internet if they expect any discrepancy in the order process.

Information obtained from registered users is only used for administrative purposes to facilitate the order process and will not be shared with any 3rd party or sold.

No account numbers or banking details are saved in the Green World SA database.

The client is responsible to ensure that the correct product is ordered in terms of its usage.

The client is responsible for the return – delivery of the said product to Green World SA.

These products will be exchanged for the same product, or in the case of no stock availability for a product of the same value. Note that no refunds are given whatsoever due to faulty products.

Returns are made at the full discretion of Green World SA and once excursive may not be challenged in any way and will be seen as final.

No returns will be accepted after the 7 day period has lapsed.

Strictly no refunds. In the case of returned goods, a credit note will be issued.

Availability of Goods:

There is no guarantee of the availability of any product displayed on the site. Due to the volatile nature of the industry, products may be withdrawn from the site at any time.

Products will only be released once payment has been received from the client and has cleared.


Should a product be out of stock at the time of order, the order will go on back order. Green World SA will take responsibility of shipping products to the client only if the original order was shipped in part.

Cancellation of orders due to no stock:

Should a client wish to cancel an order where there is no stock available and a back order is undesirable, Green World will absorb the Merchant Fee where applicable as a handling fee.

Secure online payments via Virtual Card Services (VCS) (All major cards, instant EFT)

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

As far as possible Green World SA ensures the accuracy of the images associated with products as well as the description and technical specifications.

The client indemnifies Green World SA from any error occurring due to wrong product information or images associated with products as these are only to be used as approximations and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that images are only used as a visual aid and may not represent the actual product in any way.

Information obtained from this site may be used solely for private use and may in no way be used in a commercial manner except when the prior written arrangement has been made with Green World SA.

Green World SA will at no time be liable for any damage, loss or liability of any nature whatsoever arising from the use or inability to use the site or the services or content provided from and through the site.

Green World SA makes no guarantee whatsoever, implied or otherwise, that the content, information and order process of the site are free from errors or omissions or that the service will be 100% uninterrupted and error free.

Due to the nature of the products ordered, Green World SA will and cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising from the use or inability to use any product sold on the site.

Green World SA reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability or errors in pricing arranging from the site or from the supplier and will contact the client to arrange a cancellation of the order to draw up another order.

Green World SA is a multi-level marketing (MLM) company, we offer Chinese herbal supplements. We are not a hospital and our products are not medication. Please consult with your doctor before taking any of our supplements. Green World SA will not be held responsible for any effects/side-effects whatsoever.

The client by opening the site agreed that he/she/it has read the above terms and conditions accept same and is bound by them.
