From 26–28 April 2026, Green World proudly hosted an unforgettable Leadership and Team-Building Camp at Sediba-Kwele Adventure. This exclusive experience brought together 38 of our top 5-star distributors for three days of growth, connection, and powerful learning.
Set in a peaceful natural environment, the camp was designed to strengthen leadership skills, deepen teamwork, and equip our leaders with the tools needed to grow both personally and professionally.
🌟 Day 1: Arrival & Leadership Foundations (26 April)
The camp officially began at 13:00, as our leaders arrived and checked into the beautiful Sediba-Kwele Adventure venue. The excitement was immediate—this was more than just a trip; it was the beginning of a transformational journey.
The afternoon focused on leadership activities, setting the tone for the days ahead. These sessions encouraged participants to reflect on their roles, responsibilities, and impact within the Green World network.
After a relaxing supper at 18:00, the group reconvened for an engaging leadership training session at 19:00, where valuable insights were shared on effective leadership, vision, and growth mindset.
💪 Day 2: Teamwork, Energy & Skill Development (27 April)
Day two kicked off with breakfast at 08:00, followed by an energizing team-building training session at 09:00. This was one of the highlights of the camp, as leaders participated in activities designed to build trust, collaboration, and unity.
The rest of the day was filled with:
- Interactive group activities
- Refreshing swimming sessions
- Relaxed networking moments
- A shared lunch that brought everyone together
In the evening, after supper at 18:00, participants attended a digital training session at 19:00, focusing on modern tools and strategies to grow their businesses online—an essential skill in today’s digital world.
The night ended on a high note, with a relaxing chill session at the jacuzzi and fire area, where laughter, stories, and connections were shared 😊
🎓 Day 3: Business Growth & Graduation (28 April)
The final day began with breakfast at 08:00, followed by a powerful business and compensation training session at 09:00. This session equipped leaders with deeper knowledge of the Green World business model and how to maximize their earning potential.
The camp concluded with a graduation ceremony, where participants proudly received their certificates—symbolizing their commitment, growth, and readiness to lead at a higher level.
With hearts full and minds inspired, the team then departed back to Johannesburg, carrying new knowledge, stronger bonds, and renewed motivation.
